Rear Door Trim Panel Removal 1. Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to Section 414-01. 2. NOTE: Use care not to damage the trim panel when removing the screws. Remove the screws. 3. Remove the handle. 4. Remove the screws. 5. Remove the rear door trim panel. 6. Disconnect the electrical connector. 7. Disconnect the color-coded clips from the bracket. Installation 1. Connect the clips to the pull-strap. The silver retainer clip goes toward the front of the vehicle. The green retainer clip goes toward the rear of the vehicle. 2. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.

Removal Both sides 1. Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to Section 414-01. Right side 2. NOTE: Release the top portion first. On the RH door, remove the sail panel. 3. Remove the window regulator switchplate (14524). 4. Disconnect the electrical connectors. 5. On the RH door, remove the top door trim panel screw. Both sides 6. Remove the door pull handle screw covers. 7. Remove the door pull handle screws. 8. Position out the inside door handle trim cover. 9. Remove the inside door handle. Remove the bolt. 10. CAUTION: To avoid damage to the front door trim panel, do not pull directly outward. NOTE: On the left front door trim panel, the sail panel remains affixed to the door panel upon removal. Lift upward and then outward to release the front door trim panel (23943). 11. Disconnect the electrical connector. Left side 12. Disconnect all remaining electrical connectors. Both sides 13. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Removal 1. Remove the (A) liftgate handle to liftgate screws and the (B) liftgate handle. 2. Remove the liftgate trim panel screw access plug. 3. Remove the screw. 4. Remove the liftgate door trim panel. 1. Use Windshield and Molding/Trim Removal Kit to remove the liftgate door trim panel from the liftgate window opening. 2. Push the liftgate door trim panel toward the top of the liftgate and remove the liftgate trim panel. Installation 1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

1. Disconnect and isolate battery negative cable. 2. Remove the screw (1) from the pull handle. 3. Using a trim stick C-4755 or equivalent, separate the bolster (3) from the door module (2). 4. 1. Disconnect the battery ground cable. 2. Remove the front door trim panel screws. 3. NOTE: The front door trim panel has five two-part pin-type retainers. Then male part of the trim retainer will remain with the trim panel and the female part will remain with the door. To release the door trim panel pin-type retainers, first pull outward on the bottom of the door trim panel. Remove the front door trim panel. Disconnect the electrical connectors. 4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
