noise or a slight vibration when operating the blower motor due to foreign objects or debris in the blower unit. Follow the repair procedure in this TSB to correct this condition.Repair Procedure 1. Remove the blower motor. Refer to the Technical Information System (TIS), applicable model year Yaris Repair Manual: 2007 or 2008 Yaris, Vehicle Interior – Heating/Air Conditioning – “Air Conditioning: Blower Motor: Removal”. 2. Inspect the blower motor for evidence of foreign objects or debris. • If foreign objects or debris are noticed in the blower motor, remove debris or foreign object, reinstall the blower motor, verify proper operation, and continue to step 3. • If NO foreign objects or debris is noticed in the blower motor, investigate the root cause of the blower motor noise and vibration, replace as necessary, and continue to step 3. 3. Remove the glove box.
